Bdpop net may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation.

• Extended periods of inactivity (over 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

If an account is closed with a remaining balance and no rule violations, the balance will be refunded. However, if the closure is due to a rule violation, any bonus balance may be forfeited.
